2. Return & Refund Policy
A. Return Policy
Please contact our customer center to return products.
Products must be returned within 30 calendar days after purchase.
If the packaging of the box is peeled off, return is not acceptable. The box package must not be opened, broken or damaged.
The customer is responsible for the Return shipping cost.
B. Refund Policy
a. Refund will be less Shipping and Handling charge.
b. Regarding international Zone A countries, the refund will be less Restocking fee explained below.

c. In case of a partial return, the sum of multiplying the quantity already used by corresponding unit price will be deducted first. Then the balance after deducting either Shipping & Handling charge or Restocking fee will be refunded. For more information, please contact customer center.
For example, 2 bottles of Capsule Type (160 capsules / bottle) are returned from 5 bottles purchase.
Step 1:
$1,300 (original purchase 5 x $260/unit) less $ 840 (3 used x $ 280/unit) => $460
Step 2:
$460 less (Shipping & Handling charge or Restocking fee)
